A supplier is any company in your registry, whether actively assessed or not. Archived or deleted suppliers don't count toward your limit.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
