A supplier is any company in your registry, whether actively assessed or not. Archived or deleted suppliers don't count toward your limit.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.

Supplier records, assessments, contracts and reports are stored on Google Cloud in the EU (Belgium and the Netherlands); uploaded documents in Belgium. Authentication and transactional email are processed in the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses — every sub-processor and its country of processing is listed in our DPA. Yes. Our standard DPA is available at fiorlab.com/dpa. Enterprise customers can request a custom DPA.
We accept all major credit cards and SEPA direct debit. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice with NET-30 terms.
